"Children make our Christmas Merry"

We will contact you on the 22nd December to organise a suitable time for you. Due to the large number of jobs booked in, we will plan a run that is most efficient to ensure all trampolines are assembled on the day. Our team will be working from 12pm to 3am on Christmas Eve.

Our team have portable lighting to carry out the installation safely. We do not require any power outlets.

Our team will be as quite as possible when assembling the trampoline. However, we do use power tools that can make a slight noise.

You will also have the option to leave the side gate open and simply let us know where you would like the trampoline built. We will be in & out without them noticing.

You will also be notified 30 minutes prior so you have time to get the kids out of the house during installation.

Your trampoline decoration is included. Using tinsel and ribbon, we will do our best to make the trampoline as presentable as we can,  

Rain hail or shine, your Christmas present will be completed. However, in heavy rain we might have to adjust our timing to allow more time between locations.

We have a full team of installers assisting on the day. Up to 3 installers may be working on your trampoline so it might only take 30 minutes to an hour. 

We advise that you check that all cartons are correct and ready for the installation. If in the case there is a fault or missing parts, we will build the trampoline as best as we can around the missing or faulty parts. We will then return after Christmas to repair it once you have notified the manufacturer and received the relevant parts. A small fee may occur. 

We do carry a small range of spare parts.

Due to the amount of physical work involved in setting up a trampoline, Santa will be in normal clothes. 

A surcharge of $50 for 23rd December & $100 24th December is applicable on top of the assembly rate. 

Payment will be required on the 22nd December.
