Once your on the checkout page, you can enter the dates & times you would like your installation on. You will receive a booking confirmation once we process your order or a customer service representative will be in touch shortly.

We do our best to list all the brands & sizes. If your trampoline is not on the list contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

The time depends on the model and size of the trampoline. An average trampoline will take about an hour to assemble. More complex models take up to 2 hours. 

We work around your busy schedule. If in the case you cannot be home you can leave the side gate open, just let us know in advance where you want your trampoline installed. Alternatively, request for after hour service with our team at no extra cost. 

In most cases, a trampoline can be installed on slight unlevel surfaces. including small gradual slopes. However, if your in doubt please contact us so we can assess the area to ensure a safe installation.

If there is heavy rain on the day of your booking, one of our team members will be in contact with you to organise another time that will suit you.

If you are moving out and are require to hand over the keys, your jobs will be completed even in rainy conditions.

Trampolines look very simple to assemble. however, all models have very complex safety features. Just installing a bolt or part incorrectly can jeopardies the stability of the trampoline and can damage the trampoline. Our team is trained on all the features of all different models and will ensure a correct installation.

We do not sell trampolines and only provide a trampoline assembly and relocation service.

We have a team of qualified installers servicing all suburbs within the Sydney area.. We also service the Wollongong Area as well as the Central Coast on a regular basis.

We carry a range of spare parts for popular models. If you require any parts please notify our team. in advance before your installation date.
